From Locatix to Tenderor
Locatix began as an agency in the middle of real pursuits: ABM, BD, and public-sector deals where the calendar matters more than the deck. Client after client, the fracture looked the same. Notices, annexes, and clarification windows moved while teams learned about it late, through forwards and quiet threads. We kept patching it with checklists, shared drives, and senior time on portals. That was honest work, but it did not scale as a service offering. The repetition is what pushed us from retainers toward product. Tenderor is the platform that came out of that crossing: one layer to run the tender timeline with the discipline you bring to named accounts, instead of living out of an inbox.
